Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1-2 years of customer service experience in call center or banking.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Professional written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong computer skills and data entry proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inquiries in a 24/7 high-volume, scheduled contact center.
• Provide information on products and services with engagement and knowledge.
• Perform transactions for savings, checking, loans, cards, and IRAs.
• Advise on additional products that fit member needs.
• Handle a call volume of 80-100+ calls daily.
