TEKsystems is hiring Member Service Representatives for a Fortune 100 Financial Institution in Pensacola, FL. This contract-to-hire role requires handling 80-100+ calls daily in a structured contact center environment, providing product information and excellent service.

During training, this position is fully onsite for 6-8 weeks, with post-training potential for hybrid work if online requirements are met. Compensation includes pay rate of $19.75/hour plus comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required.
2-3 years of recent customer service experience.
Experience in a call center or high-volume environment preferred.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Strong computer skills, typing ability, and data entry experience.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Responsibilities

Respond to inquiries from members in a high-volume call center.
Provide information on products and services with active listening and problem solving.
Perform transactions for savings, checking, loans, credit cards, IRAs, and other products.
Identify opportunities to cross-sell products that meet members' needs.
Handle 80-100+ calls per day while maintaining quality and service standards.
