Job summary

TEKsystems is seeking a Member Service Representative in Pensacola, FL, with a hybrid schedule (on-site until a hybrid schedule is released). The role handles 24/7 inquiries in a fast-paced center, processing transactions and guiding members on products and services to enhance their financial experience.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or GED, strong computer skills, and be able to work a schedule that includes weekends.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in computer literacy and customer service basics.
• Typing speed tested via assessments.
• HS Diploma or GED equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Respond to member inquiries in a 24/7 high-volume contact center.
• Provide information on products and services and assist with accounts.
• Perform transactions for savings, checking, loans, cards, IRAs and more.
• Advise on additional products and services to fit member needs.
