TEKsystems is hiring for Member Service Representatives to join a Fortune 100 Financial Institution in Pensacola, FL. The role involves responding to inquiries, providing product information, and performing transactions across savings, checking and loans within a structured call center.

Training is onsite initially, with possible hybrid options after orientation. Ideal candidates have 2-3 years of customer service experience, strong communication, and solid computer/typing skills.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• 2-3 years of recent customer service experience in call center, banking or similar.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume call center environment.
• Professional written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong computer knowledge with data entry/typing skills; reliable internet required (fiber/cable).

Responsibilities

• Respond to inquiries from members in a 24/7, schedule-driven contact center.
• Provide information about products and services with active listening for optimal service.
• Perform transactions for savings, checking, loans, credit cards and IRAs.
• Advise members on additional products and services to fit their needs.
• Handle a 80-100+ calls daily.
