You will need strong communication and problem-solving skills, with 2-3 years of customer service experience. The position is onsite for initial training with potential hybrid work after internet requirements are met.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2-3 years of recent customer service experience.
• Experience in call center, banking, collections, mortgage, administrative, receptionist, professional office, or high-volume retail environment preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong computer skills, typing ability, and data entry experience.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• High-speed internet (fiber optic or cable service required for hybrid eligibility).

Responsibilities

• Respond to inquiries and requests from members in a high-volume, structured contact center environment.
• Provide information regarding products and services while delivering exceptional customer service through active listening and problem solving.
• Perform transactions related to savings accounts, checking accounts, consumer loans, credit cards, IRAs, and other financial products.
• Identify opportunities to recommend additional products and services that meet members' needs.
• Handle approximately 80-100+ calls per day while maintaining quality and service standards.
