Vericast seeks a Senior Principal to build and lead a banking and credit union marketing consulting practice. You will be a rainmaker and delivery leader, developing new business while guiding strategic marketing transformations for mid-sized financial institutions.

You will work with banks and credit unions to drive customer acquisition, growth, and data-driven marketing outcomes, combining strategic advisory with hands-on leadership in high-impact programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred
• Marketing leadership experience in financial services is essential
• Proven ability to build and manage C-level client relationships and large engagements

• Drive revenue growth by expanding banking/credit union client relationships and acquiring new strategic clients
• Lead and mentor multi-disciplinary teams to execute complex, multi-million dollar engagements
