McCarthy Holthus LLP seeks an Associate Attorney to join our litigation and foreclosure practice. You will oversee non-judicial foreclosure matters, support clients and staff, and help uphold the firm’s standards across multiple offices.

The role requires 1–3 years of attorney experience, a JD from an accredited school, and bar admission in good standing. We offer a supportive environment, performance bonuses, competitive pay, comprehensive benefits, and flexible scheduling with onsite 2–3 days

Qualificações

• Minimum 1-3 years experience as a practicing attorney.
• Experience in real estate or foreclosure preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Managing non-judicial foreclosure cases
• Reviewing and analyzing title work
• Drafting court documents, pleadings, and correspondence
• Appearing at court hearings
• May perform other duties as assigned to support department goals.
• May occasionally work extended hours based on operational needs.
