Job summary

Peoples Bank is seeking a Learning & Development professional to prepare and facilitate educational programs for associates via in-person, online, webinar, and video formats. You will validate learning adoption, train new team members, and align delivery with instructional design principles.

You will develop curricula, select training aids, and coordinate administrative functions. The role requires 3–5+ years banking experience, strong communication, and willingness to travel up to 50%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or an associate's with 3–5+ years banking experience.
• Ability to work with multiple individuals and in fast-paced environments.
• Strong communication skills and professional attitude.

Responsibilities

• Delivers group and individual instruction across a range of topics in the bank.
• Develops curricula and training aids; coordinates admin tasks for programs.
• Maintains and improves training materials; supports LMS content and reporting.
• Travel up to 50% for training needs and collaboration with teams.
