Job summary

NBH Bank is looking for a Learning Specialist I who will consult and support clients across the enterprise by conducting needs assessments and creating training programs. Responsibilities include delivering instructor-led and computer-based training, evaluating training effectiveness, and supporting Subject Matter Experts. Ideal candidates should possess a high school diploma, 1-2 years of banking experience, and excellent communication skills. Additionally, the role may be located in various banking locations across the United States, including Texas, with potential travel required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1-2 years banking or related job experience.
• Valid driver's license; driving may be required.
• Prior training experience is desired.

Responsibilities

• Consult with and support clients across the enterprise by conducting needs assessments.
• Design and develop training programs and learning resources.
• Evaluate training effectiveness at levels 1-4.
• Deliver and facilitate instructor‑led and computer‑based trainings.
