Job summary

Fifth Third Bank is seeking a Learning Facilitator in Cincinnati, OH to develop and deliver targeted employee training programs. You will facilitate classrooms and distance learning, tailor content to diverse learners, and collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure accuracy of learning objectives.

The role emphasizes mastery of training design, delivery, and evaluation, with a focus on adult learning principles and effective coaching across levels.

Qualifications

• Strong facilitation and/or presentation skills.
• BS degree/experience in business related field, Education and/or corporate training experience preferred.
• 3-5 years of supervisory or classroom management experience, preferably in financial services industry.
• Can relate to and work effectively with people of diverse backgrounds, experiences and personalities.

Responsibilities

• Facilitates training via classroom and/or through distance learning to meet performance objectives.
• Masters training content for new hire to intermediate level employees; consults subject matter experts and resources to enhance content.
• Uses the facilitator's guide, notes, and other training material as a guide and may adjust outlines/schedules.
• Proactively prepares for assigned classes using available resources.
• Establishes credibility with the audience by knowing content and linking to job challenges.
• Tailors the delivery to meet differing needs and experiences among participants; adjusts training accordingly.
