Job summary

DCI is seeking an Implementation Specialist to join the Professional Services team in Hutchinson, KS. You will manage data conversion for new banks to our data processing system and provide post-conversion training and ongoing client support.

The role combines technical problem-solving with strong client-facing skills. The position requires travel up to 50% to support conversion schedules, a solid banking industry background, and excellent communication abilities.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of experience in the financial industry.
• Bachelor’s degree in business or equivalent experience.
• Familiarity with bank compliance regulations is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving, documentation, and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Bank Conversions: Collect and prepare data from new client banks for system conversion.
• Bank Conversions: Collaborate with Programmers to submit and test converted data.
• Bank Conversions: Provide post-conversion training and consultation for client banks.
• Customer Support & Product Development: Assist in designing and testing new projects and enhancements for DCI systems.
• Customer Support & Product Development: Provide back-up support for customer inquiries and concerns regarding DCI applications.
• Bank Consulting & Operational Audits: Conduct consulting and operational audits for client banks.
• Bank Consulting & Operational Audits: Document findings and recommend actionable solutions.
• Bank Consulting & Operational Audits: Implement or assist with recommended actions for clients.
