Job summary

CINC Systems in Duluth, GA seeks an Implementation Consultant – Banking to support banking integrations for client associations. You will collaborate with the Project Manager, client, and partner banks to ensure smooth bank interface enablement and timely cutover.

Responsibilities include analyzing banking information, guiding clients through new processes, and delivering high-quality implementation with post-cutover support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or equivalent work experience.
• 2-3 years of software support and preferably bank-related experience.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office products and advanced proficiency in Excel.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organization, analytical, statistical, and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, client-facing environment with multiple teams.

Responsibilities

• Gathers, consolidates banking information to evaluate operational impact.
• Assesses current-state processes and suggests banking solutions using CINC tech.
• Reviews banking setup for completeness, accuracy, and controls.
• Ensures integration elements are ready before cutover date.
• Provides support to project manager and team members.
• May assist client education on banking integrations in CINC.
• Remain current on banking releases and process changes.
