Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, or related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in financial services, consulting, or system implementations.
• Experience leading implementation activities for banks or credit unions.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and project planning platforms.
• PMP certification or equivalent implementation leadership desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead mid-sized to large, complex implementation engagements across multiple workstreams.
• Direct kickoff and governance sessions with clients and vendors to align scope and milestones.
• Design and facilitate discovery and future-state workshops on process changes.
• Develop and manage integrated project plans with timelines and resources.
• Coordinate with third-party vendors on interfaces, testing, and go-live activities.
• Monitor engagement performance, budget, quality, and milestone progress.
• Assess risks, issues, and decisions; escalate to leadership when needed.
• Maintain accountability for scope, schedule, budget, and deliverable quality.
• Review and approve artifacts like requirements, test plans, and readiness assessments.
• Lead mock conversions, cutover planning, and post-go-live stabilization.
