Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in person or on the phone in a timely, courteous, and professional manner.
• Identify customers and uphold confidentiality per bank policy.
• Develop relationships with new and existing customers to meet sales and service objectives.
• Assist customers with debit card maintenance, check orders, and address changes.
• Handle Return Mail and maintain a compliance log.
• Assist with access to safe deposit boxes.
• Maintain knowledge of bank products, services, processes and policies.
• Mentor and train new employees as needed.
• Participate in training sessions and ongoing education related to regulatory standards.
• Adhere to security, audit procedures and Bank Secrecy Act requirements.
