Job summary

The Georgia Department of Revenue is seeking an Adjunct Instructor for Banking and Finance (Continuing Education) to deliver non-credit classroom instruction and assess student progress. Under the direction of Corporate and Community Education leadership, the instructor will develop or adapt curricula, conduct lectures and labs, and monitor trainee performance while maintaining timely records.

Travel to other campuses is required with strong presentation and customer service skills.

Qualifications

• Teaching or training experience at the postsecondary level or in industry is required.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to deliver presentations with technology.
• Customer service oriented with the ability to engage learners.

Responsibilities

• Deliver non-credit Banking and Finance instruction and assess student progress.
• Develop or adapt instructional curriculum; facilitate classroom discussion and activities.
• Maintain attendance, course evaluations, and trainee performance documentation; report timely.
