Qualifications

• 1-2 years banking experience preferred.
• Effective oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to operate a computer and basic software.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Capability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
• Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to learn and adapt in a cross-functional environment.
• Interest in cross-selling banking products is a plus.
• Comfort with money handling and daily transactions.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily personal and business account services (checking, savings, CDs, IRAs, HSAs).
• Open, service, process transactions, and maintain accounts per policy.
• Provide quality customer service; greet clients warmly.
• Educate customers on products, self-service, and inquiries.
• Balance cash drawer and assist branch coverage as needed.
• Triage customer inquiries and resolve account status questions.
• Educate on digital banking tools and troubleshoot issues.
• Research discrepancies and relay feedback to supervisor.
• Adhere to internal controls and risk management protocols.
