Job summary

Bank of Colorado is seeking a dependable teller to provide accurate and efficient service to walk-in and telephone customers. You will oversee deposits, withdrawals, and account maintenance while contributing to sales goals and regulatory compliance.

This role requires a high school diploma and about two years of banking experience, with strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills. Weekend hours may be required when a branch is open.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• A minimum of 24 months of prior banking experience is generally expected.
• Cash handling and customer contact experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform teller duties including deposits, cashing checks, and customer service tasks.
• Open, close, and maintain both personal and business deposit accounts.
• Assist customers with account problems and inquiries, including walk-in and telephone support.
• Strive to meet sales goals by promoting bank products and services.
• Complete forms and regulatory reporting as required (CTRs, SIRs, etc.).
• Handle routine vault, cash ordering, and ATM settlement tasks as needed.
• Provide courteous service and referrals to other bank staff as appropriate.
• Maintain confidentiality and ensure accuracy in all transactions.
