Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional service to internal and external customers per Heritage Bank standards.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
• Handle telephone inquiries and route to appropriate resources; escalate when needed.
• Resolve online service requests through research and navigation.
• Maintain confidentiality of customer financial data.
