Job summary

Frost in Texas seeks a Customer Service Specialist to be the first line of support for customers’ banking needs from a 24/7 contact center. You will answer inbound/outbound calls, identify issues, and collaborate with other lines of business to fulfill requests.

The role requires flexible weekend availability, strong communication, and prior experience in customer service or banking. Training and onboarding will occur at Frost campuses in Texas.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in customer service, sales, or banking.
• Experience in a customer contact center setting.
• Flexible availability, including weekends.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft computer applications.

Responsibilities

• Complete Frost’s Telephone Customer Service (TCS) training program (4 weeks).
• Answer inbound calls, troubleshoot issues, research accounts, and fulfill customer requests.
• Partner with business lines to find the best solution for each customer.
• Manage competing priorities to ensure accurate and efficient service.
