Job summary

Frost in Texas is seeking a Teller to be the director of first impressions. You are the first contact for many customers, upholding trust and integrity.

You’ll handle daily transactions, maintain cash, and support risk management while delivering friendly, accurate service.

This role requires availability Monday–Friday 7:45am–1:15pm with rotating Saturdays, and offers benefits and growth within Frost’s 150-year legacy.

Qualifications

• Availability: Monday–Friday, 7:45am–1:15pm with rotating Saturdays.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills required.
• Strong customer service mindset and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and teller services.
• Perform daily credit and debit transactions per bank policies.
• Maintain cash on hand and settle teller cash and proof transactions.
• Process change orders, wire transfers, and negotiate instruments.
• Manage risk and practice loss prevention.
• Demonstrate critical thinking, accuracy, and efficiency.
• Act with integrity, caring, and excellence to achieve outcomes.
