Job summary

CTBC Bank Corp USA in Brooklyn, NY seeks a Part Time Customer Service Representative to deliver superior service, handle deposits/withdrawals, and support account maintenance. Qualifications

1+ year of customer services experience in the branch banking industry or related environment.
Knowledge of banking products and procedures including teller procedures and policies, audit procedures, and Bank’s laws and regulations
Detail oriented and previous cash handling is preferred.
Basic PC skills and be familiar with e-Commerce, e-Banking, and Branch Banking-related information technology
High School diploma or equivalent with anticipation of continuing education towards degree
Fluent in English and Chinese (mandarin preferred) is a major plus

Responsibilities

Provide superior customer service when interacting with customers and processing transactions.
Process deposits, withdrawals, check cashing, wire transfers, and cashier’s checks.
Support account openings, maintenance, renewals, and closings.
Make customer referrals and cross-sell bank products to support branch goals.
Complete mandatory training on Bank compliance and related laws.
