Responsibilities

• Assist customers with everyday banking needs, including deposits, withdrawals, payments, and account questions.
• Deliver excellent in-branch service as the first point of contact for customers.
• Answer incoming phone inquiries and support customers across Citizens State Bank locations.
• Perform accurate data entry, transaction processing, and documentation.
• Troubleshoot customer issues with professionalism and patience.
• Uphold all bank policies and compliance practices to ensure customer safety and confidentiality.
• Build trusted relationships with customers by demonstrating warmth, attentiveness, and problem-solving skills.
