Job summary

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent.

• Cash handling and customer contact experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform teller duties: deposits, cash checks, and related customer service tasks.
• Assist walk-in and telephone customers with account problems and questions.
• Sell and open new accounts, close accounts, and advise on bank services.
• Maintain accurate records for deposits, withdrawals, and other transactions.
• Promote products and services through customer referrals.
• Handle account maintenance such as address changes and card requests.
