Job summary

Bank of Colorado is seeking a friendly teller to provide quality service, process deposits and withdrawals, and maintain accurate records of transactions.

You will greet customers, handle cash, assist with safe deposit access, and refer customers to appropriate staff for product needs. Balance the drawer, respond to inquiries about checking and savings, and assist with BSA reporting. This hourly role pays $16-$20 in Colorado.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Minimum 6 months teller experience required.
• Training courses or equivalent experience per Teller Career Path Guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and handle deposits, withdrawals, checks, loan payments, and negotiable instruments.
• Assist in granting customers access to safe deposit boxes when necessary.
• Refer customers to other staff to promote products and services.
• Balance teller drawer at the end of each shift and perform wrap-up tasks.
• Respond to inquiries regarding checking and savings accounts.
• Proof transactions using back-counter capture.
• Complete forms such as CTRs, SIRs, and other BSA reporting as necessary.
• Account and card maintenance such as address changes.
• Answer the phone when not assisting customers.
• Maintain regular attendance and flexible hours, including weekends if required.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
