Job summary

First International Bank & Trust is seeking a Customer Experience Associate to join our Customer Care Center in Gilbert, AZ. You will be a frontline contact for customers, handling account questions, digital banking support, and debit/credit card inquiries with a focus on problem-solving and superior service.

You will help customers navigate online and mobile banking, verify identities, and promote banking solutions, working on-site in a fast-paced environment while adapting to evolving policies

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and navigate multiple computer applications simultaneously.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
• Demonstrated commitment to providing outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service through phone, chat, email, video, and text interactions.
• Assist customers with account inquiries and banking-related requests.
• Support customers with online and mobile banking navigation and troubleshooting.
• Answer questions related to debit and credit cards.
• Verify customer identities and help protect customers and the bank from fraud attempts.
• Educate customers on available banking products, services, and digital banking tools.
• Research issues, resolve concerns, and follow up on requests within established service standards.
• Handle challenging customer situations with professionalism, patience, and a solution-focused approach.
• Utilize multiple systems and applications to efficiently serve customer needs.
• Stay current on products, services, policies, and procedures through ongoing training.
