Bar Harbor Bank & Trust seeks a Customer Service Representative at the Hanover St. Lebanon, NH location. As the first point of contact, you will assist customers with daily financial needs and build trusted relationships through referral of loans, trusts, investments, and other bank services.

You will handle routine transactions, support branch goals, and work in a fast-paced, team environment. Prior customer service and Windows knowledge are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• High school education or better is required.
• Prior customer service experience is preferred.
• Working knowledge of Windows is essential.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in identifying financial needs and suggest products/services.
• Make referrals for loans, trusts, investments, and other bank services.
• Learn banking basics and contribute to branch goals in deposits/loans.
• Build trusting relationships with community members served by the branch.
• Participate in community growth and provide prompt, courteous service.
• Process customer transactions efficiently and professionally.
• Resolve inquiries and provide exceptional customer service.
