Job summary

Saco- is seeking a Customer Care Specialist to handle inbound calls and select emails efficiently while delivering courteous service. You will refer complex requests to the right colleagues and assist branches as a floating teller or CRA during planned and unplanned absences.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in teller or customer service roles, strong communication, and solid knowledge of digital banking products. MS Office and banking software experience are a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• 1–3 years teller or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong customer service skills and ability to work in a regulated banking environment.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and selected emails in a fast-paced environment.
