Qualifications

• Ability to travel to all Bank locations.

Responsibilities

• Answers inbound calls and selected emails in a fast-paced environment.
• Responds to customer inquiries and refers requests to appropriate bank personnel.
• Supports branches as a floating teller or CRA during planned or unplanned absences.
• Performs other duties related to deposits, online banking and customer transactions.
