WaFd Bank is hiring a Customer Service Representative in Sequim, WA. You will greet customers, handle deposits and withdrawals, and answer questions with friendly, accurate service.

No weekend shifts, Monday–Friday hours, and a path for growth within a long-standing community bank. Applicants should have a high school diploma, strong math and keyboarding skills, and proficiency with MS Office; excellent communication and a customer-first attitude are essential for success in our branch

Qualifications

• High school diploma or approved equivalent.
• Basic math skills, 10-key and keyboarding.
• Proficient in standard Microsoft Office tools such as Excel, Word, Teams, and Outlook.
• Well-developed smart phone and digital channel skills.
• Must be organized and display excellent communication skills and a personable attitude.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly and courteous service to customers in the branch.
• Perform accurate and efficient banking transactions.
• Be the first point of contact for clients and build rapport.
