Qualifications

• Broad knowledge of accounting, marketing, business administration, finance.
• Degree plus 3 years related experience or equivalent.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Create, edit, and maintain policies and procedures for eBanking channels.
• Perform E-Banking audits weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annually.
• Track and report on E-Banking retail department findings and remediation.
• Assist management with corrective action to prevent noncompliance.
• Stay current with laws and regulations including Regulation E, NACHA, and UDAAP.
• Respond to customer complaints and documentation requests with compliance approval.
• Support E-Banking Retail initiatives and projects for quality improvement.
• Test system improvements for quality and customer experience.
• Prepare management reporting for E-Banking Retail metrics.
• Complete required compliance training and related duties.
