Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in the Banking/Financial industry.
• Experience working in a call center.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to navigate multiple bank systems.
• Ability to analyze and resolve customer inquiries.

Responsibilities

• First point of contact for inquiries from high revenue clients via phone.
• Read, analyze and respond to requests; provide resolution.
