Job summary

MeridianLink, Inc. is seeking a Business Analyst for the Software Integration Services (SIS) team to bridge business and technical requirements. You will assess core integration processes, determine requirements, and recommend best practices and solutions aligned with client needs.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or relevant professional experience.

Responsibilities

Facilitate communication between stakeholders (Developers, Trainers, Product, Vendors, Clients, Sales, Services).
Scope project requirements and document risks related to core integration requests.
Coordinate with clients, internal teams, and vendors to resolve obstacles to core integration implementations.
Act as liaison between SIE and SIS for implementation of new core system integrations.
Maintain SIS documentation and manage core integration tracker files.
Identify and propose changes to default mapping.
Monitor project progress and provide feedback to stakeholders.
Support initiatives to accelerate project delivery.
Train new team members and take lead on initiatives related to areas of expertise.
