Job summary

Truist seeks a Regular Teller/Client Service Associate to provide timely client transactions, keep precise records, and offer superior service while uncovering client financial needs.

You will educate clients on digital solutions, participate in outbound outreach, and support Integrated Relationship Management activities, helping branches deliver Truist expertise across client interactions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent education.
• Two years teller or cash handling or client service experience.
• Six months of client relationship building or sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to master PC keyboard and software skills necessary for branch automation.
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints.
• Demonstrated proficiency in basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office software products.
• Ability to travel to accommodate temporary staffing needs as required to include temporary assignment or locale changes.
• Ability to work weekends and/or extended hours with occasional travel and overnights may be included.

Responsibilities

• Provide a distinctive client experience by engaging clients with courteous conversation and handling complex and standard transactions.
• Educate clients on digital banking options (ATMs, Online/Mobile) to simplify banking and enhance service.
• Support sales by outbound outreach, identifying client needs, and referring to branch teams or specialists.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist expertise and solutions.
• Participate in Truist Retail Community Bank Leadership routines and training.
• Advance personal and product knowledge through meetings and training sessions.
• Adhere to internal controls, procedures, and risk management policies.
• Serve as secondary contact for new account openings and problem resolution, handling workload per branch demands.
