Qualifications

• 1 year minimum experience in a banking environment preferred.
• High attention to detail in processing deposits, withdrawals, and transfers.
• Able to explain banking products and services to customers.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine teller transactions accurately and securely.
• Process deposits, withdrawals, check cashing, payments, and transfers.
• Balance cash and assist with end-of-shift reconciliation.
• Provide excellent in-person and phone customer service and identify up-sell opportunities.
• Refer customers to appropriate departments for specialized services.
• Assist with branch operations such as opening/closing procedures and security.
