Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1 year experience working with customers; volunteering, education or military experience count.
• Demonstrated customer service skills preferred.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays as scheduled.
• Teller experience preferred; training provided on hire.
• Strong organization and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Process everyday banking transactions on teller line or platform.
• Provide educational advice on TD products and services.
• Build trust with customers through educational content and insights.
• Open new accounts and assist with banking needs.
• Lead management and referral activities to deepen customer relationships.

Education

High school diploma or GED

1 year experience working with customers

Excellent communication skills

Ability to work evenings/weekends/holidays

Teller experience preferred
