TBK Bank is seeking a Client Services Associate to provide prompt and accurate banking transactions while building strong customer relationships. You will profile customers, offer tailored products, and ensure each interaction aligns with bank policies and service standards.

You will support branch goals, handle daily transactions, and professionally refer customers to various departments. A high school diploma or GED and 6–12 months of teller experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 or more years of bank teller or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to identify cross-sell opportunities with customers.

Responsibilities

• Process financial transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Profile new and existing customers to suggest tailored bank products and services.
