Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Candidates should be at least 18 years old.
• Six to twelve months of bank teller or similar customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Profile new and existing customers and suggest tailored products and services.
• Provide prompt and accurate financial transactions and cross-sell where appropriate.
• Open new accounts with accurate documentation.
• Assist with stop payments and debit card orders.
• Refer customers to bank departments to support needs.
• Safeguard customer information and adhere to regulations.
• Contribute to branch goals and community events.
