You will profile customers, offer tailored banking solutions, and help develop and retain customer relationships.

The role involves identifying cross-sell opportunities, supporting branch goals, and maintaining customer goodwill while ensuring compliance and secure handling of information.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 6–12 months of bank teller experience preferred.
• Customer service, sales or cross-selling experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Profile new and existing customers and identify tailored banking solutions.
• Provide prompt, accurate financial transactions and maintain records with accuracy.
• Open new accounts with proper documentation.
• Assist with stop payments, debit card orders, and related tasks.
• Refer customers to bank departments for cross-sell opportunities.
• Safeguard customer information and adhere to regulations.
