Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Profile new and existing customers to understand needs.
• Provide prompt and accurate financial transactions following policies.
• Open new accounts with accurate documentation.
• Assist with stop payments, debit card orders, and related tasks.
• Resolve customer issues and provide timely feedback.
• Maintain customer goodwill and contribute to branch goals.
• Refer customers to bank departments for appropriate products.
• Protect customer information and comply with regulations.
• Process transactions with accurate record-keeping.
• Support local community and bank events.
