Job summary

TBK Bank, a subsidiary of Triumph Financial, is seeking a Client Services Associate to deliver prompt, accurate financial transactions, build customer relationships, and identify cross-sell opportunities in a community banking environment.

You will profile customers, open new accounts, provide excellent service, and collaborate with multiple departments while safeguarding customer information and adhering to bank policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 18 years or older.
• 6–12 months bank teller experience preferred.
• Customer service, sales or cross-selling experience welcomed.

Responsibilities

• Profile new and existing customers to suggest tailored products and services.
• Provide prompt, accurate financial transactions and exceptional service.
• Open new accounts with proper documentation and verification.
• Refer customers to other bank departments for cross-sell opportunities.
• Safeguard customer information and comply with banking regulations.
• Contribute to branch goals and maintain accurate records of transactions.
