You will profile new and existing customers, offer tailored bank products, and ensure each interaction exceeds expectations to foster loyalty and cross-sell opportunities.

The role emphasizes prompt service, compliance with policies, and contributing to branch goals while supporting community initiatives

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 18 years old.
• 6–12 months of bank teller experience preferred.
• Experience in customer service, sales or cross-selling is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Profile new and existing customers to assess needs and tailor products/services.
• Provide prompt and accurate financial transactions following Bank policies and procedures.
• Open new accounts with proper documentation and accuracy.
• Assist with Stop Payments, Debit Card Orders, and related tasks.
• Take initiative to resolve customer issues and provide timely feedback.
• Help maintain customer goodwill and contribute to branch goals.
• Professionally refer customers to various bank departments for cross-sell opportunities.
• Safeguard customer information and comply with regulations and security procedures.
• Process transactions and maintain accurate records.
• Contribute to local community and bank-sponsored events.
