Job summary

IntraFi LLC is seeking a dedicated Client Services professional to deliver a personal, helpful customer experience to banks and financial institutions. You will handle inquiries via phone and email, assist with onboarding, and provide ongoing training support.

This hybrid role is based in Arlington, VA, with two in-office days weekly (three days for the first 90 days). Strong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork are essential, along with proficiency in Outlook, Word, and Excel.

Qualifications

  • Experience with AI tools to optimize workflows, problem-solving, and productivity.
  • Minimum of two years of customer service experience
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated ownership and accountability for learning and workload management
  • Professional and friendly phone manner to build and maintain superb customer relations
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and alone
  • Excellent problem-solving skills; ability to multitask within tight deadlines; excellent organization skills; self-directed and results/goal-oriented
  • Ability to deal with change and quickly adapt to evolving business priorities
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Outlook, Word, and Excel

Responsibilities

  • Responding to customer inquiries and resolving customer issues via phone and email
  • Training new member banks for onboarding and operational implementation
  • Developing and presenting customer trainings for ongoing support
  • Working cross-departmentally to develop and prioritize technology and process improvements
  • Executing ongoing and ad hoc administrative tasks and projects (e.g., document processing, data entry)

Your Role
  • You would be a key member of our Client Services team whose primary responsibility is to provide a personal, helpful, and simple customer experience to clients (banks and other financial institutions).

Required Experience, Skills, and Qualifications
  • Experience with artificial intelligence (AI) tools to optimize workflows, problem-solving, and productivity.
  • Minimum of two years of customer service experience with demonstrated ability to provide high-quality service
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated ownership and accountability for learning and workload management
  • Professional and friendly phone manner in order to build and maintain superb customer relations over the phone
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and alone
  • Excellent problem-solving skills; ability to multitask within tight deadlines; excellent organization skills; self-directed and results/goal-oriented
  • Ability to deal with change and quickly adapt to evolving business priorities and the introduction of new concepts

$75,000 - $85,000 a year

This position is a hybrid role where the employee must work two full days per week in our office in Arlington, Virginia. For the first 90 days, the employee must work three full days per week in the office.
