Job summary

Responsibilities

• Processes financial transactions for clients accurately and efficiently.
• Identifies client needs and promotes products and refers clients to appropriate bank colleague.
• Builds client loyalty and establishes client relationships, addressing clients by name.
• Delivers exceptional customer service to every client.
• Follows bank policies, procedures and guidelines.
• Participates in retail sales programs to meet personal and banking center goals.
• Balances cash drawer and assists with ATM, vault and end-of-day tasks.
• Completes compliance training and adheres to laws and regulations.
