Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Sales or cross-selling experience appreciated.
• Six to twelve months bank teller experience is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Profile and assist customers with tailored products and services.
• Provide prompt and accurate financial transactions per bank policies.
• Open new accounts with precise documentation and records.
• Assist with Stop Payments and Debit Card orders as needed.
• Resolve customer issues quickly and professionally and provide feedback.
