Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; must be at least 18.
• 6–12 months of bank teller experience preferred.
• Strong customer service, sales or cross-selling skills.
• Ability to profile customers and suggest tailored products.

Responsibilities

• Profile new and existing customers and suggest tailored products/services.
• Provide exceptional customer service, exceeding expectations.
• Open new accounts with accuracy and timely documentation.
• Assist with Stop Payments, Debit Card Orders, and more.
• Take initiative to resolve customer issues and provide prompt feedback.
• Help maintain customer goodwill and contribute to branch goals.
• Professionally refer customers to various bank departments.
• Safeguard customer info and adhere to regulations.
• Process transactions with accurate records.
• Contribute to local community and bank events.
