Job summary

The Andover Bank Client Service Representative I is an entry level retail employee responsible for maintaining an accurate record of a cash drawer and understanding the basic functions of the banking center and customer service. Duties and responsibilities include the following:

You will provide exceptional customer service, stay compliant with bank regulations, complete required trainings, and contribute to branch goals while developing skills toward the Client Service Representative II role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Six months related sales or banking experience preferred.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence and memos.
• Ability to write simple correspondence.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Regular onsite attendance.
• Flexibility to work at other locations as needed.
• Ability to work well with others in a team environment.
• Provides accurate, efficient and exceptional customer service to internal and external customers.
• Maintains knowledge of bank regulations, security and compliance responsibilities, products, policies, procedures and meets deadlines.
• Satisfactorily completes all training required for the position.
