Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Typically has a minimum three to four years of job-related, retail banking experience or a combination of experience and commensurate training.
• Proven ability to build and foster relationships with clients through proactive outreach and follow up.
• Ability to effectively engage and communicate with clients.
• Thorough knowledge of applicable bank and branch policies, procedures and support systems.

Responsibilities

• Builds and fosters relationships with clients through proactive outreach and follow up across in-person, appointment, and virtual channels.
• Opens new consumer and business accounts and processes service requests and credit applications as needed.
• Educates clients on digital products and self-service options to meet financial goals.
• Maintains knowledge of consumer and business banking products and services and provides accurate information.
