Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year customer service/support in Banking or related field, or one year banking experience with Androscoggin Bank.
• Thorough knowledge of back office operations and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and client communications, resolving issues at first point of contact.
• Provide product knowledge and referrals for banking services.
• Assist with online account openings and onboarding for new accounts.
• Support clients with Bill Pay questions and digital banking guidance.
