Qualifications

• Education level required: High School / High School Equivalency (GED, HiSET, TASC) or Foreign Equivalent.
• Minimum experience: Less than 2 years of customer service and sales experience.
• Preferred: Experience in Financial Services Industry.

Responsibilities

• Sales Performance: Support team efforts to achieve growth targets and generate client introductions to drive sales.
• Client Experience: Provide positive client experience by answering questions, resolving problems, and educating clients.
• Risk Management: Execute daily financial transactions accurately while adhering to bank policies and regulations.
• ADDITIONAL ACCOUNTABILITIES: Perform special projects and other duties as required.
