Job summary

Truist Financial in the United States is seeking a Regular, full-time Client Services Representative to handle incoming calls for routine inquiries and support both new and existing clients. You will use available tools to deliver a differentiated client experience and ensure timely follow up and resolution.

The role requires strong communication, basic computer skills, and a commitment to regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent education and training.
• At least 1 year of client servicing or call center experience.
• Proficient with Windows and Microsoft Office; capable across multiple platforms.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Meets regulatory requirements including Loan Originator Compensation rules.

Responsibilities

• Deliver care through exceptional client service and create a differentiating client experience across internal and external clients.
• Investigate and resolve client requests via Care Center, branches, and other lines of business.
• Use a consultative approach to educate clients on bank products and services.
• Identify and escalate bank errors or regulatory concerns posing risk to the bank.
• Educate clients on self-service options through Truist technologies to improve banking experience.
• Follow policies, procedures, regulations, and laws to protect clients and Truist.
• Participate in ongoing growth and development through required and voluntary opportunities.
